Planning permission rejected for Greenhill

Celebrations tonight - the planning application for developing the Greenhill was refused permission today - the panel came to visit the site and I think the roads around it and the swing bridge persuaded them it wasn't a good idea. The developers can now put it to appeal and no doubt they will but for now... good news.
